The Cheryl Project

Whole Home Furnishings & Styling

When these homeowners purchased their new home, they wanted it to feel less like someone else's house and more like their own. While the home already had beautiful bones, it lacked the warmth, personality, and cohesive vision needed to truly reflect the family living there.

Working closely with the homeowners, Amelia Design Co. developed a design direction that balanced timeless finishes with relaxed, livable comfort. Through thoughtful furnishings, updated lighting, custom upholstery, window treatments, and carefully curated styling, each room was transformed into a space that felt intentional, collected, and uniquely theirs.

Existing architectural features, including the built-ins and fireplace, were refreshed to better support the overall design vision, while layered textures, natural materials, and custom details created a home that feels both elevated and approachable.

The result is a warm, welcoming home that tells the homeowners' story—proving that great design isn't always about changing the structure, but about creating a cohesive vision that brings every space together.
