What began as a dark, heavily traditional 2000s home was completely reimagined into a bright, personality-filled family retreat. Working closely with the general contractor and trades throughout construction, Amelia Design Co. led the design vision for a whole-home transformation, including a custom second-story addition, interior renovations, finish selections, furnishings, and styling.

The goal was to create a home that felt lighter, happier, and more reflective of the family living there. Warm neutrals were layered with playful color, bold patterns, custom details, and collected furnishings to create spaces that feel both elevated and approachable. From custom millwork and architectural updates to vibrant kids' spaces and resort-inspired outdoor living, every detail was thoughtfully considered to create a home that feels uniquely theirs.
